Suggestion privacy

Suggestions are used only to read what you share and, if you voluntarily leave WeChat or email, to reply about that suggestion. They are never public and never added to a marketing list.

Suggestion text and optional contact details are kept for 180 days by default. Backups may remain for up to 7 days for recovery. You can request deletion with your receipt ID at 707198186@qq.com.

The form does not require an account and does not collect your name, phone number, screenshots, or attachments. Please do not include passwords, identity numbers, client records, or other sensitive information.
